More and more Asian automobile manufacturer have converted to measuring floor groups on a modular and adaptable system in order to avoid time loss in the future:
Eight support columns in high-tensile aluminium equipped with special modular adjusting elements, which are individually set to locate and support different floor parts with just a few manual changes.
In order to achieve as full a range of applications as possible some of them decided on two different column heights.
The columns from Witte Far East Pte. Ltd. Singapore are mounted on aluminium base plates which have a slot at mid point along each side to aid positioning on measuring machine.
If further fine positioning is required on measuring surface an additional 25mm grid is in foot plates enabling movement of columns in steps of 25mm in X and Y axis.
